Executive Administrative Assistant

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

15-25 hrs/wk, position provides support for visually impaired Executive Director. Scope of work includes supporting nonprofit organizational and financial management, and resource development.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reading emails aloud and taking dictation for email replies; Calendar management; Support attending zoom meetings and other technology interfaces; Assisting with grant writing and grant management; Taking notes in meetings, maintaining notes/records. Basic knowledge/interest of local food systems, food sovereignty, and nutrition a plus.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Extraordinary interpersonal skills, maturity, trustworthiness, confidentiality; Interest in mission driven work, commitment to healthy work culture; Experience with google office products, Microsoft word and excel; typing; comfort with web based interfaces for banking, accounting, grant applications etc.; Curiosity and flexibility in exploring disability access for executive level professional; Problem solving skills; Ability to maintain covid safe operations.
