Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist families with children birth to three to access and receive Early Intervention Services.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Participate in team evaluations and treatment planning. Coordinate community referrals and assist with transition planning when children age out of program

Other Information/Requirements: 

AA Early Childhood Education or Related Field; BA preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
Bilingual a plus
