Nonprofit Workshops & Trainings
Groundworks offers a variety of workshops and trainings for nonprofit service providers, their staff and boards. Our programs are designed to increase practical knowledge, enhance core competencies, and gain invaluable skills for nonprofit leadership. We also provide individualized trainings for staff and board retreats.
Networking & Programs
Groundworks has provided networking opportunities to foundations for over 25 years. In 2020, we broadened access to our networking and programming to all operators within the social sector: nonprofit service providers, government, consultants, and funders. We host quarterly membership meetings, social gatherings, and sector/issue-area convenings. Our networking and programming goals are to connect and unite the social sector, while helping to fill programming and funding gaps, as well as reducing organizational overlaps within the sector.
Zone Grant
The New Mexico Collaborative Zone Grant (“Zone Grant”) is
a flexible, multi-layered, collaborative project that creates space for funders, nonprofit leaders, and other partners to co-design, test, and support innovative responses to New Mexico’s challenges that extend beyond the mission of any single organization.
