CENSUS COLLABORATIVE CONVENING

December 12, 2024

11:00 am - 2:00 pm MST

REGISTER FOR THE 12/12/24 CCC

Groundworks is hard at work planning for Census 2030 with a new Committee forming shortly. Until then, please join us at the national Census Counts, Census Equity Initiative, and the Funders’ Committee for Civic Participation for the final Census Collaborative Convening (CCC) of the year. This convening will provide an opportunity to reflect on how the election outcome impacts our collective work on the census. During the first session there will be an open mic so those in our census community can speak on ways to navigate the new landscape.During the convening, we’ll also hear the results from new messaging research on the American Community Survey along with other census policy, operations, and collaborative updates.

Following the CCC is a funder/PSO only meeting from 2:10 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. MST. Those affiliated with the philanthropic community can indicate on the registration form whether they want to attend both the CCC and the funder-only meeting or select only one of the meetings (if you can’t make both). Please note that advanced registration for the December convening is required.  Those approved will receive a Zoom email with the subject line “12/12 Census Collaborative Convening Confirmation.” An agenda and background materials will be shared with approved registrants in advance of the convening. Please reach out to Kristi Dorr ([email protected]) or Anita Banerji ([email protected]) with any questions.
