Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Communications Associate supports and executes internal and external communications to enhance the Garden’s image. Responsibilities include writing, editing, managing social media, updating the website, creating photo/video content, supporting marketing materials, and assisting with events, all in coordination with staff and the Marketing and Communications Coordinating Committee.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Strong writing, editing, and digital communication skills required. Must manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and create engaging content across platforms. Proficiency in social media, Canva, Mailchimp, and Adobe tools is essential. Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in communications or marketing required. Knowledge of horticulture a plus.
