Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Administrator supports the Executive Director and Board, manages calendars, meetings, and communications, and oversees personnel systems and marketing coordination. Responsibilities include board liaison duties, event logistics, document preparation, and strategic support, ensuring effective operations and communication across the Garden’s leadership, staff, and stakeholders.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Excellent communication, organization, and judgment skills required. Must handle confidential matters, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and build strong relationships with staff, Board, and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, leadership ability, and event support experience preferred. Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of high-level admin experience required.
