Client Services Assistant/Receptionist

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

➢ Manage the company’s lobby area and greet visitors
➢ Answer multi-line telephone, transfer calls, take messages, and schedule appointments
Compile correspondence for frequent contact communication
Perform a variety of internet research functions
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create and maintain documents and presentations
Accept student registrations and ensure accuracy prior to submitting them to the enrollment department

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist heirs with questions and concerns regarding AOG, AHF, ECS
Purchase snacks for before and after-school programs
Assist in all aspects of RGEC (registration packets, data entry, account questions, and filing)
Assist with RGEC contractor training
Assist with A/R collection calls
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email

Other Information/Requirements: 

Unpacking and shelving office and school program supplies
Other duties as deemed necessary by the Executive Management team or Office Coordinator
Job Requirements
College degree preferred (not mandatory) OR equivalent external work experience OR equivalent formal training in related duties. Proficiency in understanding and use of personal computers Excel, Word, e-mail, and other data systems. Bilingual preferred.
