Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are looking for an organized, self-motivated leader to join our team & lead the wide array of community supports that are housed in our center. These programs range from Senior Transportation Services to Volunteer Recruitment & Engagement to Special Relief Projects as a response to community needs. They need to be a strong communicator & multi-tasker, have experience w/developing & implementing programs & projects (including outreach), & will work with spreadsheets and databases with ease.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The person who fills this position will work supervising a diverse staff that supports newly housed families, refugee peoples and seniors. We are looking for a compassion-driven person who listens to the needs of the community and responds in dynamic ways. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field OR recent equivalent experience; minimum of two years of direct experience in a non-profit agency including budget management, development and implementation.
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience; minimum of 2 years’ experience in government grant management; proficient with MS Office Suite, web-based applications and database experience. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, work independently and collaboratively; outstanding communication and public speaking skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Pay range starts at $25.78 per hour/$53,622 annually, DOE.
