We're Looking for Our 2020 Team of Trainers
The Center for Nonprofit Excellence (CNPE) has built a strong reputation as a local leader in nonprofit capacity building. Among other services, CNPE has offered high-quality, affordable nonprofit training since 2006. Over 550 people from 255 organizations in 32 communities attended our trainings in 2018.
If you are interested in delivering a high-quality, engaging professional development training for nonprofit staff, board members, and community volunteers, we invite you to submit a training proposal by October 14th.
We welcome proposals from consultants, facilitators, staff and board members throughout New Mexico. We especially encourage proposals from trainers who identify as black, indigenous, and/or a person of color.

We invite you to submit training proposals for one or more of these different areas of nonprofit management:
- Advocacy
- Board Development
- Collaboration
- Communications & Marketing
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Evaluation
- Financial Management
- Fundraising
- Human Resources

Training proposals can be submitted here. CNPE will review all proposals and follow-up with potential trainers by the end of October. Please know that we get proposals for more than double the number of trainings that we can offer in a year.
Stipend
We offer a modest stipend to trainers based on the length of the session ($150 for 1.5-2 hours, $225 for 3-4 hours).
