Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

ABQ BioPark Education is recruiting volunteers to help with carnival games and activities during our annual Zoo Boo event. Tens of thousands of Albuquerque kids and families enjoy a fun and safe Halloween experience at the Zoo Boo events. Volunteers help make this happen! Zoo Boo Volunteers will be asked to attend a short orientation on Tuesday, Oct. 25th from 4-5pm and to assist with the Zoo Boo event from 10:30am - 4:30pm on Saturday, October 29th. Any interested volunteers or groups please contact BioPark Education by email [email protected] to inquire with questions or to rsvp to volunteer.

Thousands of visitors attend the Zoo Boo every year. Area businesses and civic organizations sponsor the event. The event helps to support BioPark Education's Join a School partnership and Camp BioPark Scholarship fund.
