Description of the Volunteer Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to make a positive difference in the world?Project PeacePal is looking for a new board member. If you find international issues interesting and like the idea of helping create a more peaceful world, we invite you to consider joining our board of directors. We are particularly looking for individuals with experience in accounting, finance or marketing.
Responsibilities of this position include:
-Average 3 hours per month,
-Attend monthly board meetings,
-Assist in fundraising and promotion for the organization,
-Be responsible for advising and assisting in matters of fiduciary responsibility on financial management.
-Help us develop and implement a marketing strategy to take our organization to the level of national recognition and support,
-Be willing to give of your time, treasure, and talent.
