Programs Manager - Education

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

•Oversee the Conservatory of Flamenco Arts and Program Coordinators
•Implement strategic plan for all education programs
•In collaboration with the Marketing Dept., create recruitment strategies for education programs
•With Student Company Directors, maintain integration of education programs with performance and ensemble participation
•With Finance Department, ensure reporting compliance within education programs
•Administrate work study and scholarship programs

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

•Maintain student and studio management software, Mindbody

Other Information/Requirements: 

Preferred Experience:
•3+ years in arts-related management position or similar role
•Experience using MindBody software
•Ability to successfully resolve/mediate conflicts
•Spanish language proficiency
Other Requirements:
Covid-19 vaccine required. Those with medical issues or religious beliefs that prevent them from getting the vaccine may provide an exemption from the NMDOH.
Valid driver’s license and insurance, clean driving record, and must pass criminal, and employment background screening.

Salary Range: 
$47,840-$54,080 commensurate with experience
