Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Programs Director is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of programs, including those funded by a multi-year federal government grant, through the direct supervision of program staff. It requires multi-tasking skills, high levels of organizational skills, the ability to “shift gears” between different requirements, outcomes, subject areas, and types of programs while maintaining the best interest of those we serve while supervising and supporting a team of 6-7.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

1. Manage and Supervise Programs staff in alignment with the agency mission and strategic plan.
2. Ensure program performance meets the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
3. Assure timely, professional, and accurate completion of all SSGT Gordon Fox reporting and assessment requirements.
4. Other support as needed.

Other Information/Requirements: 

5+ years’ experience supervising teams and programs
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Social Work, Health Administration, Public Administration, Statistics, Accounting, or other related fields
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
Passionate about Paws and Stripes’ mission and vision and able to promote and communicate the philosophy and values of the organization to external and internal stakeholders

Salary Range: 
65,000-70,000 depending on experience
