Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The office coordinator manages a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks and performs administrative support for the executive team and Foundation staff. An integral part in ensuring that office operations run smoothly, the office coordinator provides assistance with incoming and outgoing phone calls, mail, emails, coordinating meetings, documenting donations, overseeing supplies and ordering, and contributing to all Foundation events and programs.
