Intake and Outreach Coordinator

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

* Plan and support special projects and events aligned with NMBLC and UpLift priorities
* Provide logistical, administrative, and project coordination support
* Build partnerships with community members, agencies, landlords, and tenants
* Conduct outreach in the International District, including foot patrols and referrals
* Track, document, and report community data accurately
* Participate in team, community, and statewide meetings with cultural responsiveness

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Maintain collaborative working relationships with NMBLC staff and external customers.
Serve on integrated staff teams assigned to cross-departmental projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in community organizing and public health–based community resiliency. High school diploma required; some college preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Cognito Forms, YAMM, and basic accounting software. Detail-oriented, adaptable, able to work independently and in teams, and reliable transportation required for in-person work.
