Manages the Human Resource function including policy and procedure development and implementation and dedication to building and growing a strong and stable workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional that enjoys using their skill and knowledge to create, build, and execute HR and employee initiatives.

• Adheres to and advises regarding policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance, safety, and organizational efficiencies
• Serve as a link between leaders and employees by interpreting, managing, and helping to resolve work-related and employee relations issues
• Works closely with leadership to execute HR programs in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and strategic goals
