Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Generation Justice (GJ) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, support staff, coordinate office resources, and maintain a professional and productive office environment.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism
Familiarity with social media platforms
Fluency in Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, Zoom
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, education or related degree
Minimum 1+ years of experience in office administration
Previous non-profit experience preferred
