Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Alb SANE seeks Executive Director with experience, skills and visionary leadership to manage a non-profit agency that serves victims of interpersonal violence. Required experience includes budget/financial management, grant writing/fundraising, and management of both program and staff. Director oversees development/implementation of all administrative, fiscal, and programmatic aspects of the agency.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director oversees the strategic vision of Alb SANE including a staff of three and a team of sixteen advanced trained nurses. The Director ensures delivery of services, facilitates interagency collaboration, and interacts proactively with state/local agencies, funding organizations, and service providers, law enforcement, crime labs, and attorneys. The Director oversees compliance with Alb SANE policies and state regulations affecting non-profit management.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Some evening and weekend hours required. Demonstrated presentation, public speaking, and communication skills. Minimum BA with advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years management experience. Strong organizational, problem solving and coalition building skills. Familiarity with New Mexico funding and program agencies is helpful.

Salary Range: 
$82,500 - $92,00 for a 35/hour week
