Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We seek an individual to join our conservation team, including educational programs, avian research, raptor care and raptor rescue, including occasional overnight care, cleaning cages, and assisting with raptor rescue responses. Will provide training.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Living with the Landscape, a school year-long program that serves all students in participating Title I schools with live, non-releasable birds of prey. We have a dedicated Raptor Rescue hotline, staffed year-round.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Classroom experience
• Ability to work well in a small, team-oriented organization
• Experience with low-income schools/students
Permanent, full-time position with benefits. Some weekends and evenings. Salary $30,000 + benefits, including vacation and sick leave, and use of a company vehicle.
