Main Areas of Responsibility:
The core responsibilities are to provide leadership to the department, its staff, and support and execute annual fundraising and stewardship goals. This includes supervision of the Development Manager; working with marketing and communication contractors, service providers, and other partners; provide accurate reporting and data management; evaluate and execute the development plan; assist with Strategic Planning; and work collaboratively within and across all departments.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Evaluate, design, implement, and manage Development Plan. Focus on Annual Fund, Major Gifts, Planned Giving. Fundraising and Stewardship. Provide supervision to Development Manager. Provide supportive and constructive feedback. Work with marketing and communications contractors, service providers, and other partners to meet the organizational communications plan and marketing goals. Reporting & Data Management; Strategic Planning Assistance and Board Relations. Other duties as assigned
Salary Range:
65,000-75,000 depending on experience
