Main Areas of Responsibility:
The primary functions of the position are to provide all coordination efforts and management for volunteers, cause marketing, corporate partnerships, and event needs. Works closely with and reports to the Director of Development to meet the development goals of the organization.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Computer literacy and familiarity with database and CRM management necessary. Ability to learn new software is essential. Exceptional communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently and as a team member are considered fundamental to success in this organization. Each member of our staff is responsible for their own motivation, task maintenance, and accomplishments. Experience with nonprofits, marketing and communications, volunteer and event coordinating and planning preferred.
