Main Areas of Responsibility: 

In early 2021 the New Mexico Health Equity Partnership embarked on a journey to develop a new business model informed by key insights from partners. As part of HEP’s evolution, we are excited to move forward with a fiscal sponsorship model and Co-Directorship. HEP is seeking a values aligned Co-Director to join HEP in the next iteration of its journey as part of a Co-Directorship to advance health equity and racial justice.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Co-Director will be responsible for 1) fundraising; 2) oversight and management of the HEP’s convening and collaborative funding strategic areas; and 3) operations management. The position is 32 hours per week.

Other Information/Requirements: 

HEP is looking for someone with the following experience:
- fundraising and grant writing;
- operations and budget management;
- convening, facilitation, coalition building, and/or community building;
- working with diverse community partners, stakeholders, non-profits, and funders in rural and urban communities in New Mexico; and
- knowledge of racial justice, community organizing, policy/advocacy, and/or social justice and the arts.
