Mission Statement:
New Mexico Health Equity Partnership’s (HEP) vision is for every New Mexican to lead a healthy life, live in neighborhoods where children and families thrive, and have a say in the decisions that impact their lives. Our purpose is to strengthen the capacity of communities, shift power relations and transform systems. HEP does this by providing funding, coaching, and spaces to support organizing that holistically improves community health.
