Main Areas of Responsibility:
1. Attend a 3 day intensive Campaign Coordinator training session provided by United Way
2. Represent UWCNM well within the community and at companies
3. Serve as primary support for accounts raising up to $20,000
a. Call on corporate contact, usually CEO's or assigned Employee Campaign Manager (ECMs) to establish support for company campaigns and to ask for corporate and/or personal gifts
b. Help ECMs to set achievable campaign goals. By using campaign history
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
c. Assist ECMs with developing campaign plans and with the implementation of their campaigns.
d. Emphasize Leadership Giving in the workplace and assist the ECM with the company's Leadership Campaign is applicable.
e. Deliver campaign materials.
f. Make presentations at employee meetings
g. Help coordinate campaign-related special events, including tours.
h. Follow up with ECMs to assist in tabulating and reporting final campaign results to United Way upon companies' campaign completion.
