Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Ensures high-quality clinical care strategies, meet benchmarks for quality and productivity, oversees therapeutic services. Supervises counseling and case management staff, adhere to clinical practice protocols and performance measures. Collaborates with program leaders on program development and planning, establishes and reviews treatment plans, works with agency leadership to implement array of therapeutic services.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervise and oversee all aspects of the clinical operations of Paws and Stripes mental health in alignment with the mission and strategic plan. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to clinical staff and interns. Ensure timely, professional, and accurate completion of all clinical reporting requirements. Participates in community networking and outreach activities. Supports organization as needed.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
Must hold valid independent licensure in New Mexico as a Social Worker or Counselor.
Registration as a Clinical Supervisor with the New Mexico Credentialing Board for Behavioral Health Professionals required.
CCSS Certification preferred.
1-3 years of experience providing clinical supervision to staff required.
Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
Must successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
