Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Spearhead our new program working with parents whose children are in our early childhood education program, including conducting weekly one-on-one preventative case management, group and individual sessions for adults. This position provides an opportunity to develop a trauma informed program and support parents to be the best version of themselves.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Follow a Seeking Safety Curriculum, carry a potential case load of up to twenty-five families, make referrals for other services required to address substance abuse issues, work with other members of the family support team.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum Associate's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or counseling. Must be willing to obtain LSAA and/or LADAC, have experience working with families or individuals experiencing homelessness.
