Understanding how to account for different types of revenue will make your financial picture more accurate.

Accounting for grants can be complex because each grant has different reporting requirements.  It is important for exempt organizations to be able to properly account for grant funds in order to continue receiving those funds.

Join us to receive detailed instructions and examples of the different accounting rules for each type of contribution and grant revenue.

Presenter

Monica Yaple, CPA is a sole proprietor in Albuquerque and has been working in public accounting in New Mexico since 2001.  Her experience includes a wide range of accounting services including auditing, tax preparation, bookkeeping and consulting among other services.  Clients include individuals, small businesses, governmental and not-for-profit entities.  Monica currently serves as Treasurer for the City of Albuquerque Open Space Alliance.
