This session is designed for those interested in learning the basic requirements and responsibilities for board service and for Executive Directors and Board members wishing to strengthen their boards. Including a review of board member duties and responsibilities, bylaws and running an effective meeting. Presented by Mary Wicker, Governance Manager of Presbyterian Healthcare and Anne Nokes, community volunteer with 30+ years experience with nonprofit boards.
