Volunteer-to-Paid Development Director Conservation Multimedia Website

We are seeking a volunteer-to-paid Development Director for our conservation media organization, Voices for Biodiversity.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in fundraising and leadership as well as building connections. In addition, this position will allow successful volunteers to become a salaried employee after a period of time. Applicants will be implementing fundraising strategies, building relationships with readers and organizations, and leading the growth of our organization.
This is a virtual position that can be completed anywhere with internet access. We are looking for experienced applicants, including five years of grant writing experience and success in sponsorship development. The ideal candidate will also have a degree in Business. Applicants will work under the supervision of our Executive Director. This position requires ten to twenty hours per week and a year's commitment.
