Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

The Barrett Foundation Board of Directors is actively seeking passionate, diverse and
experienced board members to help guide the organization as it grows. Our board members work collaboratively to direct, support and provide financial oversight for one of the most important homeless organizations in Albuquerque. Our shelter supports begin with home-like rooms, three meals a day, and support services that help individuals and families realize affordable and sustainable housing plans. Our supportive housing programs and housing case management services help program participants to transition into housing, achieving their highest level of independence and self-sufficiency, and ending the cycle of homelessness.
