Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

PeopleWorks-NM, a nonprofit organization, has a unique and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Grant Writer to work in a virtual project capacity.
Working directly with the Executive Director, you'll help source foundations and other grant-making organizations and develop written grant proposals to secure critical funding for the Behavioral Health Program.
This is a great opportunity to give back by utilizing your skills in a volunteer capacity to help an organization that is having a positive impact on people in need.

This funding is needed to help economically disadvantaged older adults pay for the mental health services they desperately need but can't afford.
