Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Various volunteer positions - We need volunteers to fill Horse Leader (need horse experience), sidewalker, stall and ground maintenance, Board of Director and fundraising committees. We provide training to all working with the horses and riders. You need to be healthy and able to walk & stand beside a horse for 1 hr at a time.

Who Will Be Impacted Through This Project: 

Mentally, physically, and developmentally challenged riders need assistance to ride safely. The riders improve emotional, physical, and social skills with the interaction of the horses and volunteers.

Additional Requirements: 

We ride year around sovolunteers should wear appropriate clothing to stay warm in the winter, close toed shoes, hats and sunscreen for the sunny days. no dangling jewelry, low cut tops or short shorts. Dress code will be addressed during training times.
