El Ranchito de los Ninos is a nonprofit children's home dedicated to keeping sibling groups together who might otherwise be separated in foster care. Children are raised as a family in a rural farm setting where they are taught responsibility and provided the best education possible as a means of breaking the cycle.
Long-term children's home for sibling groups as an alternative to foster care.
Animal Care Program - children learn responsibility, oversight & emergency care for all animals on the property.
Cultural/Religion Program - provide resources and information to ensure all children have access to their faith of choice.
Education/Personal Development Program -ensures children have the best education, tutoring & resources possible.
Health/Well Being Program - menus reviewed by a dietician, children have individualized plans to address behaviorial issues with therapy as needed.
Resident Program - individualized plan for financial and social well-being.
Safety/Maintenance Program - staff training & procedures to ensure home is a nurturing & safe environnment.
Transition Program - prepares children for life beyond El Ranchito; driving, financial literacy, college preparation, job development skills, etc.,
