Primary Programs:

International Resource Center for the P.R.E. Horse Located in Albuquerque, this is the only center in the world devoted to the P.R.E. Breed and has a free multi media library, art museum, gift center and conference room available for horsemen to use.

Youth Program The Foundation for the Spanish Horse encourages youth throughout the United States to discover, explore and appreciate the wonders and talents of the Pure Spanish Horse (P.R.E.). The program empowers youth with knowledge and leadership skills. Membership is only $40. Rescue The Foundation has created a rescue program for P.R.E. horses in need. This program has very quietly and without any promotion helped P.R.E. horses in need for the past eight years and will continue to do so.. These gallant and worthwhile actions were undertaken by those directly involved in the process. This is a very costly process for those involved, but it allows the horses a second chance at life.

PRE Mundial Registry The P.R.E. Mundial Registry is an independent P.R.E. registry maintained by the PREA division of The Foundation for the Pure Spanish Horse Association. This entity registers horses in the United States and other countries. The goal was to respond to a need for efficient and accurate registry service for P.R.E. owners and breeders. It is the process through which owners and breeders obtain a horse's documents. The end result is the issue of a Carta Mundial for the horse.
