Mission Statement:
The mission of Christina Kent Early Childhood Center is to serve the children of economically diverse working families with quality childcare, early education and nutritional services in a safe and nurturing environment.
Primary Programs:
Christina Kent Early Childhood Center (CKECC) is an inclusive program that enrolls 62 children ages 2-5 years from economically diverse working families. CKECC’s classrooms for 3 to 4 year olds and 4 to 5 year olds have a ratio of 1:10, those for 2-3 year olds have a ratio of 1:8. CKECC is accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young Children and has a five star rating with the State of New Mexico.
