Working together to open doors for persons with developmental disabilities to be valued members of the community.

Primary Programs:

ARCA delivers comprehensive life-long community living and vocational supports 580 children and adults with developmental disabilities to live their dreams, and work, learn and have fun while enjoying health, safety and happiness, up to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the metro area. Our specialized services include foster care, literacy and evidence-based health promotion programs, and statewide Prader-Willi Syndrome supports. ARCA Business Enterprises provides work for people with disabilities and a way for the community to order organic produce and copy and janitorial services. Our vision is to be the role model of excellence in life-long services to people with developmental disabilities.
