Mission Statement:
The purposed of the Billy the Kid Byway, Inc., is to provide management, funding and guidance to the Billy the Kid Scenic Byway Project located in Lincoln County, New Mexico.
Primary Programs:
Provide visitor information services, maintain the Billy the Kid National Scenic Byway, currently developing a pedestrian/bicycle trail along the Rio Ruidoso.
