Mission Statement:

HFH works in partnership with God and people from all walks of life, to develop communities with people in need by building and renovating houses, so that there are decent houses in decent communities in which every person can experience God's love and can live and grow into all that God intends.

Primary Programs:

We build decent, affordable homes in partnership with volunteers and low-income families. Families must agree to partner with HFHG, contribute "sweat equity" hours and meet minimum and maximum income criteria in order to be able to pay the no-interest mortgage on the house. Potential homeowners must attend free financial fitness classes (for which sweat equity is earned). Additional sweat equity is earned by participating in the house construction, fundraising events, and other aspects of the organization.
