All events and mentoring are held at various locations and held virtually.
SCORE’s 10,000 volunteers provide free business mentoring and education in more than 250 chapters across 1,500 communities nationwide. In New Mexico, SCORE also has chapters in Santa Fe and Las Cruces.
• Mentoring: Get individual guidance from a trained, certified mentor in one-on-one, confidential sessions at no cost -- for as long as you need it!
• Workshops: Our low- or no-cost workshops feature high interest topics presented by local experts. Some workshops focus on established businesses while others focus on early stage/startups. Come connect with others in the business community!
• Business Owner Councils: Join a group of non-competing business owners, who face similar challenges and opportunities, in scheduled ongoing sessions. A trained SCORE facilitator meets one-on-one with each participant, followed by group roundtable discussions. It's a safe place to test your business ideas.
• Online Resources: SCORE's online library has webinars, courses on demand, a business learning center, blogs and more. Take advantage of online access to our national network of mentors -- all provided at no cost!
SCORE offers an impactful way to give back to the local business community. We are passionate about using our business knowledge and expertise to support local business owners, entrepreneurs and nonprofits during every phase of business. We are good listeners, ask pertinent questions, and help clients clarity their next steps. Most volunteers mentor, are subject matter experts for Q&A sessions and workshops, or facilitate Business Owners Councils. Some of us help lead or organized chapter activities. As a SCORE Albuquerque volunteer, your business skills will stay sharp!
