College and Career Plaza

College and Career Plaza (CCP) works to address the challenges high school students face as they move toward becoming independent members of society. Our mentoring and strategic guidance programs encourage students to broaden their future thinking and provides them with the practical tools they need to achieve their college and career goals. Services range from mentoring, and college application, to ACT/SAT registration and prep, essay preparation, and FAFSA application support. Our dedicated locations, or “plazas,” are in Santa Fe and Capital High School libraries, providing students with direct access to our College and Career readiness services during the day, afterschool, and evening events.
