Our mission is to increase public interest & awareness of autism, recognize deserving teachers, & provide needed technology for autism specific classrooms

Primary Programs:

Sophia's Foundation for Autism provides technology to improve the quality of life for children with autism, their parents, and teachers. The technology provided by the foundation, including tablets and robots, helps children with autism to realize their full potential and improve communication skills with both peers and family members.
Sophia's Foundation for Autism also provides support and resources for students, families, classrooms, and teachers to improve the quality of life for those living with autism.

Other Programs:

Symphony For Autism-Every May, the NM Philharmonic performs exclusively for students with autism from Albuquerque Public Schools. Sophia's Foundation for Autism believes that is important for children with autism to have the opportunity to experience quality of life events.
