Mission Statement:

Through training, discipline and mentoring, The New Mexico Youth ChalleNGe Academy provides the education, leadership, character development and life coping skills to New Mexico's "at risk" youth so they may becomes successful adults.

Primary Programs:

Partnering with ENMU-R, the cadets obtain between 12-15 college credits while earning their GED.

The program is a residential quasi-military training in Roswell, New Mexico with focus on development of the whole person through emphasis in education and job skills training. Upon graduation from the academy, mentors will follow cadets to assist them to remain focused on their achievements and life goals.
