Mission Statement:
Paws To People provides awareness and funding for comparative studies research, a new hope for the prevention of the nearly 400 diseases shared by people and our pets. Our work is aimed at improving the outlook for pets and people with such diseases, including cancer, epilepsy, dementia, and diabetes.
Primary Programs:
Paws To People meets the challenge of moving closer to defeating catastrophic diseases like cancer, epilepsy, dementia, and diabetes through funding pilot studies whose research will build a bridge to advance the fight. These world changing types of studies are woefully underfunded. Paws To People provides researchers with seed money through its grant funding program.
