New Mexico State Firefighters' Association

The New Mexico State Firefighters' Association is a member funded, non-profit corporation whose mission is to improve firefighting services through recruitment and retention, education, training and legislative communications. To provide a voice to first line fire service personnel in matters relating to the fire service; provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and information; to advocate for the fire service in public matters; promote a modern fire service; promote and advocate for benefits and recognition of fire service personnel; promote organization of companies and departments in communities in need of services; develop general improvement in fire services throughout the state and encourage a fraternal friendship among firefighters and their families.
The New Mexico State Firefighters' Association (NMSFFA) is an organization serving the men and women of the NM fire and emergency services throughout the state.
NM State Fallen Firefighters Memorial: The NMFFA has been fighting for the inclusion of a Fallen Firefighters' Memorial to be erected in recognition of those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for their communities.
Firefighters' Death Benefits: Member funded benefits to fallen firefighters families. This benefit is not restricted to line-of-duty.
Scholarship programs- for the firefighter and other qualified family members towards educational advancement.
Training Materials - The NMSFFA is a statewide distributor for training materials from IFSTA.
