The Figueroa Music and Arts Project

The Figueroa Project is formed for educational and charitable purposes, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, to further the appreciation and advancement in the community of the art of music, to provide performance opportunities for musicians, Music, and to provide opportunities for the community to be enriched through the public performance of music, and to do any other act or thing incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof, but not for the pecuniary profit or financial gain, except as permitted under the New Mexico Nonprofit Corporation Act. In furtherance of its corporate purposes, the Corporation shall have all general powers enumerated in said Act.
