Primary Programs:

New Mexico's Most Endangered Places List including more that 80 cultural properties including historic buildings such as the Villagra Building in Santa Fe to New Mexico's Night Sky, endangered due to a whole host of reasons. Both examples have resulted in success stories.

The state-owned Villagra Building was rehabilitated, and continues to house state offices, in the process earning a LEED certification. New Mexico's Night Sky's listing has resulted in legislation at both the state and local levels. The alliance produces an annual conference at various locations throughout the state, bring statewide support to the location hosting the event and providing the venue for preservation education and networking among the attendees.
