New Mexico Landlord Tenant Hotline

Along with responding to consumer inquiries, we provide resources for both landlords and tenants including, but not limited to Renter's Guidebooks, The Landlord's Kit--an interactive CD with much of the necessary paperwork required in order to be an effective landlord, The Landlord's Guide, a six-issue newsletter distributed every other month. We provide training sessions for landlords, property managers and tenants. We are certified to teach a 5 hour workshop for 5 continuing education credit hours required by the NM Real Estate Commission. We have been a presenter at Judicial Education Conferences for both judges and clerks.Our office hours are Monday -Thursday from 9:30-3:00, and Friday from 9:30-12:00.
