Mission Statement:

Lone Tree Camps was started in 1980 with the mission to provide a facility for youth and adults to come and be challenged in their relationship with the Lord. We use outdoor high adventure activities that institute trust and build relationships. We use those relationships as a platform for ministry.

Primary Programs:

Lone Tree Camps consists of 5 unique opportunities:
 
* Lone Tree Ranch in Capitan, NM is designed for Jr. and Sr. High aged kids during the summer months and open year round for adult, college, and youth mid-week and weekend retreats. Lone Tree Ranch can lodge, feed, and staff high adventure activities for groups up to 150. Activities include rappelling, horseback riding, mountain biking, high ropes courses, three person giant swing, rock climbing walls, 5 story 434 foot waterslide.
* Fort Lone Tree located in Capitan, NM is designed for kids ages 8 to 12 in the summer months and open year round for adult, college, and youth retreats. Built after an old Fort Stockade, Fort Lone Tree can lodge, feed, and staff high adventure activities for groups up to 120. Activities include horseback riding, ropes course, 2 500ft. ziplines, three person giant swing, rifle range, rock climbing wall.
* Lone Tree Lakeshore located at Elephant Butte Lake, NM is open Late Spring to Early Fall. Lone Tree Lakeshore can lodge, feed, and provide water related activities for groups up to 65 people in size. Activities include wakeboarding, water trampoline, tubing, hot springs, and a river float down the Rio Grande.
* Lone Tree Missions based out of Capitan, NM is open year round to lead student and adult groups on service project mission trips to assist lower income families making repairs and home improvements on the Navajo Indian Reservation in Western New Mexico.
* The Horse Program runs out of the Fort in Capitan, NM and offers overnight rides for groups up to ten.  They included campfire cooking, beautiful scenery, camping tents and an adventure for the entire family.  Two and Three night rides are available and trips can be customized to meet your needs!
