We believe that all lives have meaning and offer peer support through our own experiences to individuals and families reaching toward recovery.
As a community, we can create change!
We serve addicted individuals and formerly incarcerated individuals,and their families. Inside Out serves the community regardless of age, gender preference and ethnicity free of charge. Our method of service is peer support, which is an Evidence Based Practice recognized by SAMHSA. We offer food boxes, clothing bank, hygiene kits, outreach to homeless and incarcerated populations as well. Our group offerings include acupuncture clinic in Taos, Seeking Safety gender specific groups, Conflict Resolution for Relapse Prevention and jail groups for both men and women in the TCADC,
We incorporate the Eight Dimensions of Wellness into service provision (emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, occupational, intellectual, social and environmental (SAMHSA).
We offer special expertise and support to individuals who are addicted to heroin/opiates.
Our services include: individual peer support, family peer support, group peer support, acupuncture clinic, job development assistance, GED tutoring, homeless street outreach, free clothing bank, food pantry, hygiene kits and a children's corner so that parents can bring children in as well. We offer a full referral system to community resources and collaborates with many agencies, including courts and probation/parole.
Our services are free of charge, walk-ins are welcomed, and we offer services in English and Spanish.
