DUDE.tv (Don't Use Drugs Ever)
Our mission at DUDE.tv is to educate New Mexico youth about the risks of drug abuse by providing accurate, interesting information via the DUDE.tv website, school presentations, print materials, creative media challenges, and the latest in social media to assist students in making good choices.
DUDE.tv provides interactive drug-education presentations at schools and community centers throughout the state of New Mexico. Our youth-specific drug prevention programs educate students about the effects and health risks associated with methamphetamine, opiates, and opioids, specifically heroin and Oxycontin.
Our presenter, DUDE.tv Executive Director Patricia Rael, is an experienced figure in the field of drug-prevention education. Prior to her association with DUDE.tv, Rael was the head writer and researcher for the Meth Awareness Program at the New Mexico Attorney General’s office, and in that capacity presented to over 33,000 students statewide. Ms. Rael has since presented DUDE.tv programs at schools in the Albuquerque area and throughout the state of New Mexico, to date reaching over 5,000 students from the 5th to 12th grades.
